It is a comfortably furnished, modern holiday home with a large terrace at the back with panoramic views over the flowerfields, horses and a mill. In no time you will be in Egmond aan Zee with its cozy center with many nice boutiques, restaurants and terraces, but also the dunes, the beach and the sea are only a few kilometers from the holiday home.

Layout holiday home

Droomvilla de Tuinkamer van Egmond is a modern and cozy house with a nice living room at the front with a comfortable seating area and a large dining table where you can dine or play games with the whole group. The open kitchen is fully equipped and you can step onto the first covered terrace through the sliding doors. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box springs, a modern bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. At the back of the house there is a large terrace with a beautiful view over the tulip fields and the mill. If you're lucky, the neighbors' horses will enhance your view even more.

Surroundings

This holidayhouse is located in very close vicinity of the beach and the sea, so you can easily get there by bike. For daily shopping you can find a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fishmonger within walking distance from your house. The pleasant village of Egmond aan Zee is very nearby, but also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are certainly worth bringing a visit. This area offers entertainment for young and old! If you are in a “sporty mood” you can go to the beach, the dunes or the beautiful woods. But you can also bring a visit to these highlights if you are looking for peace and quiet.
