Who wouldn't want to stay in a super luxurious detached Dream Villa with a private swimming pool, a Finnish Sauna, whirlpool, sun shower and a spacious garden with a trampoline? Zeeland is the ideal place to spend a holiday. everywhere you look there is water, there are nice villages, nature is beautiful and there are always impressive cloudy skies around you. Our beautiful Villa Oranjezon is located in an attractive, small-scale park on the edge of Colijnsplaat in Zeeland, near the North Sea beach. There is certainly no lack of luxury and comfort in this villa for 12 people. When the weather is nice, you can relax in the spacious garden with comfortable garden furniture. But even in bad weather, everyone will have a great time in this Dream Villa. After a refreshing walk on the beach, warm up in your own swimming pool or sauna or indoors by the cozy fireplace. Zeeland has something to offer for everyone, with so much water and beautiful nature there is plenty of challenge for sporty guests, but the beaches, the nice villages and the luxury of the park also offer plenty of opportunities to relax.

Holiday home layout

Villa Oranjezon is a nice, light and spacious detached villa with a modern but cozy interior. On the first floor is the living room with two comfortable corner sofas, a cozy fireplace, some armchairs and an HD flat screen TV. From the living room you have access to the spacious roof terrace with a luxurious lounge set. There are also two bedrooms, each with two single box springs and a TV on the first floor. There are also two bathrooms with whirlpool, walk-in shower, hairdryer, double sink and a toilet on this floor.

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with two single box springs, a TV and a private bathroom. The bathrooms have a whirlpool, walk-in shower, hairdryer, sink and toilet.
There is a large communal kitchen with all amenities and a large dining table with comfortable chairs. This room has a TV and a soundbar and you can view the swimming pool from the room. The swimming pool water is heated to 29/30 degrees, there is a sparkling bank and the water is 1.39 meters deep. The Finnish sauna and a sun shower and a shower are located in the same room. The entire wellness area is only accessible with a code lock, which is very safe with small children.
 
When you enter the house, you are immediately on holiday, because the beds are made up as standard upon arrival. You can rent a Green Egg for a fee.

Surroundings

In Zeeland there is always a beach where the wind is just right for practicing water sports or sailing. Kiting, sailing, windsurfing, wakeboarding, SUPing, canoeing or even snorkeling, everything is possible. But there is also plenty to do on land. There are miles of cycle paths where you can take endless bike rides. Be sure to make a pit stop in one of the cycling cafes along the route for a snack or drink. There are tennis courts a 15-minute walk from the park and a golf course is 12.5 km away. You can also take a nice walk on the beach, in the many nature reserves with vast meadows, streams or rolling hills. The interactive Pearl Route is especially fun with the family, or go cuddle or walk with alpacas at Alpacas Zeelandia and you might even spot a porpoise in the Ooterschelde!
